All sales are final once an order has been processed.

However, we want every family to have a wonderful experience with Star Spangled Letters. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue, if applicable. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
